Are your products for wholesale trade only?

Yes, all of the products listed on our website are only for wholesaling, which means that they can only be ordered at a large quantity.

In order to avoid spams & frauds and also facilitate purchasing process, we might request you to provide us some basic information right from our first interaction as below:

– Work email address

– Phone number

– Company name

– Company type (Are you a wholesaler/retailer/trading company/sourcing agent/buying agent, etc.)?

Other information related to projects (project goals, estimated order volume, timeline, etc.) will be collected in a later stage.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ/MOA: 1 x 20ft with a minimum amount of $5000 and min. 100 sets or pieces per item. If the purchase amount is less than a container, an extra handling fee will be added.

Can you make samples?

Yes, we do. Sample Fee equals 150% FOB Price at EXW Term. Sample making time is 15 days, it depends on the designs. All sample cost and shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

How is your Quality Control?

To prevent the products from getting mold, we will inspect finished products again after we have washed, glued, shaped and dried our products completely under sunshine or in our drying systems and make sure the products have an appropriate moisture degree before packaging into cartons or poly bags. 

Usage for consumers: When products get mold, you can use damp cloths to wipe out the mold and then leave them completely dried before reusing normally.

How do you prevent products from getting mold?

We have a quality control team of 5 people in charge of checking samples, production samples, inline inspection and final inspection and those inspections are applied to all orders. We have the inspection report for each inspection in our format or customers’ format. The final inspection could also be conducted by third party service or customers themselves.

Inspection fee

For third party inspection agent, please kindly help to arrange and pay at your side for inspection fee, transportation and other logistics fee which may occur for third party inspection.

Do you accept OEM requests?

Yes, we can. We have in-house designers and also cooperate with other designers. It is easy if you would love to change the patterns but it will take more time and cost to change the shapes and dimensions because we need a different frame.

Document fee

The offered price is included a full set of shipping docs including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (Original or Telex)
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • Fumigation
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)

For shipment to Australia in which required for special Fumigation, the fumigation fee will be charged to customers.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods: By sea or by air. It will be calculated on the total volume & weight of all packages of your orders. Our consultants will find the right shipping & packaging method that helps you cut down the shipping cost.

Delivery time: 5-10 days by air, 20-60 days by sea.

Do you ship LCL?

We fully understand that you sometimes need to test the market responses first. Therefore, we also offer LCL shipment with a minimum order value of $3000 with below shipping terms: FOB or FCA (preferable). 

At FOB Term, additional CFS fee and handling fee will be added. At FCA Term, only a handling fee will be added as we are in charge of sending our goods to stuffing station of your nominated shipping agent. 

Labeling/ swing tag/ hang tag printing fee (if any), and seaway/ telex bill (if any) will be paid at the customer side.

Port: Hai Phong port, NoiBai Airport or by Express (DHL,TNT,UPS,EMS,FedEx).

What is your Payment Term?

Irrevocable LC at sight or T/T with at least 30% deposit before production and 70% by receipt of shipping documents via email.

Warranty

We are willing to take responsibility for any defective, damaged and broken goods within 15 days after the date of receiving the shipment. All the defective, damaged, broken goods must be reported clearly with pictures by the buyer. We will make a refund/credit for faulty items in the next order with us.
